General Order and Delivery Information

  • Shipping Carriers: Your order will be shipped via a national or regional carrier, based on your shipping address and selected shipping option.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed Monday – Friday before 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET will ship the same day.
  • Orders Placed After Cutoff: Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET will ship the next business day.
  • Estimated Delivery Dates: Displayed at checkout, but subject to carrier delays. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery before opening a lost package claim.
  • Shipping Restrictions:
    • No shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
    • No international shipping (including Alaska & Hawaii).

  • UPS Orders: Enroll in UPS My Choice for real-time alerts, rerouting, and rescheduling.
  • UPS SurePost Orders: UPS may hand off your package to USPS for final delivery—check both tracking details.
  • USPS Orders: Enroll in USPS Informed Delivery for updates and redelivery options.

Lost or Missing Packages?

  • Check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage, bushes, and mailbox.
  • Ask neighbors if they received your package.
  • Contact the carrier directly for real-time tracking updates.
  • If your package is still missing, contact us—we’re happy to help!

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as it is immediately processed.
